This was the most amazing time of being honored as a veteran. I wore my Ribbon Shirt and Choker as well as my VFW garrison cap. It was my honor to join the first line of flags as I carried the Muckelshoot Nation Flag. All the veterans were lined up to The 4 Directions. Navy, Air Force, Marine and Army. We were greeted by the crowd as they walked by and shook our hands. We were given a Welcome Home Medal. It was a tremendous honor as only our Native brothers and sister know how to do. Thank you Muckelshoot Nation.
